Running around the merry go round 

Made you spin in directions that aren't your own 

Tryin to make 'em happy 

They don’t know what happiness is!

Make new mistakes every day 

There'll always be something to learn 

It's said - put your self first  - yea put yourself first

Coz no one else will 

You'll try and you'll cry 

Only to realise 

They'll make you run around the merry go round
