Singing our Melody
Strange isn’t it?
A genius pianist
Playing Chopin
I’m fixated
On the dance of the leaves
Upon the tree
Swaying and singing
Fascinated by the shimmer you radiate in the sunlight
Calling me to you
Sway and dance with me, you say
Twist and turn
Around we go
Shoulder to shoulder
Two steps forward and a twirl
Your gaze looking into mine
In the breeze
Enveloped by the sky above
Yet free
Strong and mighty
Your voice,
Though like the sound of waves upon the sea,
Gently you whisper to me
Amidst the noise around
It’s you I hear
Dancing among the tress
The earth, my brother
The river, your sister
The mountains stand tall
They all accompany us in our song
Singing our melody
Carrying it wide
Through ripples of splendor
Night befalls
As we lay down to rest
Our secret moments we exchange
You’re here beside me
As we dream our dreams
Into our reality
